Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect size or product choice

  • ordering mistakes

However, if there is a problem with your order, we will happily help.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrectly printed

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • photos of the product

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost Orders

If an order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
