Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will happily resolve this for you.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

Please note that we may need to allow a reasonable timeframe for the courier to complete their investigation before issuing a replacement or refund.
